A health and fitness expert, Cheryl Pomer, director of the fitness studio brings her passion for fitness and people’s health and wellness to Unleash Your Power, after 10 years as a registered nurse specializing in critical care.

To bring her distinctive brand of eclectic and personalized contemporary ways to fitness for wellbeing, Cheryl completed many exercise studies and certifications.

Certified in a number of fitness disciplines: as a fitness consultant and instructor, a personal trainer, a Pilates and Integrated Movement Therapist®,  Cheryl is also studied as a Reebok core trainer, Reebok spin cycle instructor, east meets west yoga instructor, arthritis land trainer, and is qualified to perform fitness and postural assessments.

As a former Tri Fit corporate wellness coordinator, fitness coach with The Fitness Institute, in Toronto, “home of the Olympic high performance centre,” and Second Wind Pilates and Integrated Movement Therapies® instructor, Cheryl’s diverse experience and education reflects her eclectic approaches to physical fitness, longevity and revitalization for an optimum quality of life using distinctive exercise design.
