Pilates Class Description
Pilates Beginner is the fundamentals of the mat work. In this class you learn the basic principles and a series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. You will increase your body awareness, breath coordination, strength, flexibility and physical ease.
Pilates Intermediate 1 &11 builds on the beginner class reviewing the fundamentals while moving on to more challenging exercises and repertoire. You deepen core and movement control. More small apparatus equipment will be used building resistance training into your program. You will experience how Pilates can transform your body.
Pilates Advanced is a class to experience an intensified dynamic workout that includes the more advanced Pilates repertoire.
Pilates Reformer is the Reformer training practiced on a oneto-one basis. The Pilates Reformer facilitates a more complete understanding of the range and thoroughness of the Pilates technique. The Reformer provides resistance training like none other, improving core strength and the ability to isolate and refine the workout of your arms and legs as well as torso. The training offers a beginner to advance range. Pre-requisite: One Pilates Beginner session or 2 private Pilates mat sessions.
The studio also provides exercise programs to compliment the Pilates training including, Cardio, Reebok Core Board, Spinning and more. Programming is available to improve endurance, agility, power, balance, speed, balance and sports specific.
